The OST Department of Water Maintenance and Conservation needs to advise the people in the Oglala to Calico service area to please practice emergency water conservation measures until further notice. Only one well is working to provide drinking water to this area and water levels are at critical levels now and could deplete if action is not taken. We will notify the public when all wells are operational and the system can function normally. We thank you for your patience during these critical times.
